Our headquarters are based on OS Grid at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Isla%20Maravilla/79/71/22 and we have a smaller Office in SL at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Flynn/195/112/852. We are still working at both locations but both are open for visitors and business.

Unique Moonsoo, Maylo Designs, L.A. Designs, Sascha's Designs and a big shop of NAT Home Center allready joined us there. We still have shops available they will be 20V$ (=20L$) a week per 50 prims, but for a short period they will be free till all is finished on the sims. Just im me (Miguel Rotunno) or Shalimar Novi inworld in OS/SL if you are interested or drop us a notecard.

V$ is a virtual currency like the L$. The V$ is "Grid Independent" however, meaning that your V$ account can be used by any of your avatars on any grid that supports it. This saves the constant transferring of money from one currency to another as you buy and sell items on different grids. Also it is possible to have a joint account with your business partner or emotional partner.

 

The V$ to L$ transaction is free and at the exchange rate of 1:1, so for each L$ you give the ATM you get 1 V$ in your account. When you purchase V$ they are kept in an account on the V$ database. You can check the balance on this account at any time using any V$ ATM or V$ Vendor, your Balance will not show in your viewer as L$ or OS$ nor any other currency.

Many Grids have V$ based transactions, you will find that stores supporting V$ will have vendors specifically designed to allow you to touch and purchase from your V$ account.

Steps to take for going to OS Grid and start using the Virtual Wallet:

1. Go to: http://www.osgrid.org/elgg/ with your webbrouwser and create an Avatar on OS.

2. Go to: http://sourceforge.net/projects/opensim-viewer/files/Hippo%20OpenSim%20Viewer/v0.5.1%20%28LL1.22.11%29/Hippo_OpenSim_Viewer_v0.5.1_Windows_Setup.exe/download to download Hippo Viewer, install and log in to OS.

3. Go to a Virtual Wallet ATM in OS and touch it. A menu will apear, select "Link menu" then select "Show Code". Your code will be shown in your local chat. Copy or Write down this code.

4. Go to a Virtual Wallet ATM in SL and touch it. Here select "Link menu" then select "Link Account". You will be asked for the code.

5. Enter the code that you got in OS in local chat. The ATM will confirm that the avatar on OS is linked to the avatar in SL.

6. Buy V$ paying L$ to any Virtual Wallet ATM in Second Life.
